The Madstar Ruffneck is made by Kyocera.  This rugged waterproof design meets IP67 rating for dust and water immersion and Military Standard 810G for dust, shock, vibration, temperature extremes, blowing rain, low pressure, solar radiation, salt fog, humidity and immersion for up to 30 minutes in up to 1 meter (3.28 ft) of water.

The Kyocera Torque XT is arguably the most durable phone ever produced.  This crossover device can handle a six-foot fall or 3 feel of water without a protective case.  It IS the case.  The Torque is considered a crossover because it's a smart progression to go from a flip phone or classic block phone into this smartphone.  It's not a mini-tablet in your pocket and has all of the features and benefits of the smartphone era.
