Installing this software onto BlackBerry, Apple or Android devices requires the software to be physically downloaded onto the phone. You download the software directly using the phone’s browser and follow the installation wizard as shown inside your online Advanced account.

If you cannot immediately get online to view the device, you (or Madstar) may instead send an SMS to the device which contains the download link. This means that you can follow up and continue the installation whenever is convenient for you on the device itself.

Note: The installation SMS is the download link only. You cannot install the software directly via SMS. You will always need the device physically for installation. All directions will be sent to the Madstar Mobile account holders email on file. Although this service requires some self install, we are also here to help make sure your initial installation and experience is favorable, fully operational and to your satisfaction.
